fix: [cyclos] remove need to renew password of admin at first install
Change password requirements to lower them and set expiry to 999 years.

chg: [cyclos] update initial database
- main administrator login is now ``admin`` and not ``lokadmin``
- default license is Lokavaluto's one
- ``Lokavaluto / Systèmes / Groupes / internal name`` set to
``professionnels`` as required by monujo.
