He is referring to multi-instance mode, which is like a SAAS mode. I need to have a look deeper.

Answer from Gogocarto's creator :

c'est intégré au logiciel, faut juste passer un parametre du .env (USE_AS_SAAS=true) et voilà. Ca créer une base de donnée par carte, qui a le meme nom que le sous domaine
