* In backoffice, set correct sale taxes on pos order lines
* PoS order created from PoS UI doesn't have the correct pricelist_id defined

The object account.fiscal.position.tax doesn't have multi-company rules,
which leads to error in environments with multi-company and these records,
because it finally accesses to the parent fiscal position, which on contrary
has access rules, provoking an access error.
This commit added the field company_id to the model, and add the corresponding
access rule.
- the UI is updated when we change the customer in order to adapt the prices
- the computation take in account the pricelist and the fiscal position of the customer
In order to get visibility on https://www.odoo.com/apps the OCA board has
decided to add the OCA as author of all the addons maintained as part of the
association.
