The streamlined logic means we no longer have to store (or clear) the
last identifier retrieved from Ponto. We will always read from the latest data,
backward until we hit an execution date that is before the date we are interested in.
The name for a transaction imported from Ponto is taken from the remittanceInformation, failing that,
the reference should be used. However in case the transaction attributes do contain the
remittanceInformation key, but the value is False or empty, the failover to the reference fails.
* FIX: Returned dates are in UTC, so they were classified incorrectly in
the bad statement.
* FIX: Information in ref was the most important one, being the other
mostly '/'
* IMP: Preserve all possible information from the source, including
counterpart information.
* IMP: Fill Odoo statement line fields for account number and partner
name for better support.
