In order to get visibility on https://www.odoo.com/apps the OCA board has
decided to add the OCA as author of all the addons maintained as part of the
association.
As a consequence, we can have non E.164 values inside the phone/mobile/fax fields: in this case, we don't display an href link on the field and we don't display the Dial button.
Fix show old number on paging for fax field
