[ADD] mail_template_attachment_i18n: Mail Template Language Dependent Attachments (#1367)

  1. To configure a language dependent attachment:
  3. #. Activate the developer mode;
  4. #. go to *Settings > Technical > Email > Templates*;
  5. #. go to the form view of the template you want to change;
  6. #. change the field *Language Dependent Attachments* to what you want.
