I just add minimal cupsd service (needed for label printing with odoo)

It use base olbat/cupsd:2023-01-06 docker image and just add /etc/cups in datastore to keep printers and ppd safe when restarting.

This service may be update with many options, but for now this service is sufficient for my need :)
