Many thanks for the lengthy doc.

I'm not sure we'll use the part using make as I don't really see the point of using make here too install deps on the system and or setup things or even running a command. Also, you are not using the common installation process with the same odoo docker image. I think that the point of the documentation is to try to avoid having too much discrepancies between installation and avoid having to untangle dependency/distrib issues. It also ensures that devs are as close as possible to what is installed on VPS.

I really appreciate the screenshots and the rest and value the work and the time you spent on that. We'll use this content, but perhaps not as-is if it is okay for you. I need to talk a little with other people of the team to make the most of your contribution.
