This concerns the charm-store, the compose binary and the compose docker image.
By default, ``DEPLOY_REF`` will be ``lokavaluto/dev/master``.

The ``docker-compose`` section is there mainly for windows users that
still want to use the native implementation of docker. Volumes must
be declared as container to avoid permissions problems.
